This spicy ginger coffee is a feistier version of the classic marocchino. Experience the exotic taste of espresso laced with warming spices.

PREPARATION
Cut 2 slices of fresh ginger and place them in a small clear glass.
Brew an espresso, and pour it into the glass over the ginger.
Generously dust with the cinnamon and icing sugar mix.
Top up with hot milk, trying to add as little milk as possible.
Dust another sprinkle of the cinnamon and sugar icing mix on top.
